What you will be doing: Manage a varied caseload of ages 0-18 Conducting weekly and intensive therapy to achieve goals created together with families Services include - early intervention, upper limb retaining, gross and fine motor skills, social skills, sensory integration, ADL and self-care and feeding therapy Mix of NDIS and Private clients Co-treating sessions with other disciplines How you will be supported: Support and training is provided before seeing more complex clients. This company believes strongly in making each therapist feel comfortable with the clients they see and their workload. You will also have weekly supervision with a highly experienced Occupational Therapist. If you have more experience, the frequency of supervision is determined by you. A PD allowance is provided for external courses to match your interest area. There is also a weekly in-service where therapists share their insights on a certain topic.
